Social Care Worker (Social Care Bank)
Job Description
This is a wonderful chance for you to join our well-established social care bank and work in a range of care settings around Angus.
You will assist us in meeting our commitments to the individuals we care for by assisting us in ensuring that we have the appropriate personnel levels in the appropriate settings.
As a social care bank employee, you will be assigned assignments on an “as required basis” and will have flexibility in which assignments you take, even though there is no fixed or minimum level of labour.
We are searching for persons who are passionate about caring for others and who have a sincere desire to work with people in a compassionate setting where they may obtain a lot of experience and expertise. Managers and other experts will support you so that you may interact with the people under our care in an effective way.
On a supply basis, when needed, hours are put in. A rota method is used to assign shifts that span 24 hours per day and 7 days per week. As a result, you can be required to perform nighttime and weekend tasks for which you will be paid an allowance.
Although you might be required to work in any of the care settings within the Angus Health & Social Care Partnership, there will be a conversation about your desired field of employment during the interview. Your credentials, SSSC registration, and driving skills will determine this.

You must possess the necessary qualifications to join the PVG Scheme.
