Job Summary:
The Warehouse Administrator delivers administrative and office services support to the warehouse by executing systems, strategies and policies, and observing administrative projects.

- Obtaining paperwork procedure
- Enter data for reporting, inventory changes, and stock in/out.
- Respond to incoming calls for supply, receiving, or purchase
- Daily inventory counts and physical cycle counts are performed.
- Keep a physical inventory of the materials.
- Establish purchase requirements for the supply department and place orders with the purchasing department Help with labeling supplies held in the warehouse and packing products for shipment
- Organize and pay invoices
- Verify that the purchase orders, received supplies, and packing list are all accurate. complete the necessary documents for the purchase
- Processing incoming reports and keeping an inventory record for each customer.
- Maintain and update the inventory’s computerized price
- aid in predicting stock requirements
- Handle written or verbal complaints from customers who are unhappy with the product or service they received. Respond to customer complaints with corrective action, provide the findings to management for review/closure, and suggest corrective/preventive action to management.
- Help with telephone orders and queries for the counter
Skills Required:
- Having managerial experience.
- Environment for inventory management and distribution
- Terminology and administrative and clerical practices
- Understanding of the policies, methods, and procedures relating to administration, purchasing, inventory, and quality
- Being able to multitask
- Strong communication skills in both writing and speaking.
- High level of computer proficiency, including with Microsoft Office.
- Working well in a group setting.
- A focus on the details.
- High school diploma or the equivalent in terms of education, training, or certification
Additional Conditions:
Hours: Monday through Friday 7:00am – 3:30pm

WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
The majority of the time, work is done in an office setting using normal office supplies.
There are no dangerous or uncomfortable conditions brought on by noise, dust, or other factors, and the lighting and temperature are suitable.
Overly bending or stooping may be necessary while working.
Employee must ascend ladders.
MENTAL PREREQUISITES:
Employee must interact with the general public.
Steel Toe Boots are necessary.
Pay Rate/Salary:
- Starting at $14.50 per hour and going up with experience
